Sprint Spinning Studio is the first of its kind in the South East of the country and offers an exciting, dynamic, fun and addictive way to get fit, lose weight and keep your mind healthy.
Spinning uses specialized stationary bikes, which allows the rider follow the instructions of the trained instructor, which simulates terrain and situations similar to riding a bike outdoors. Some of the movements and positions include hill climbs, sprints and interval training.
